Omdat de krijger in de winter ook de kans moet krijgen om even te verpozen, produceert Brouwerij Lefebvre om u te dienen haar winterbrouwsel Barbãr. Als eindresultaat van de hoge gisting is de Barbãr winterbok een bruin bier op basis van honing (2,5 %).
