All In Cascade is the first of a single hop series where the brewery goes all in local: the barley comes from a local farmer malted at a local malter (Dingemans) and the hops are 100% coming from Poperinge. Coming up next in the series: Chinook “With All-In, we really go all out for locally grown raw materials. We want to brew two to three variations per year. That means that we have set off on a journey of about ten years through the Poperinge hop fields.”
